Web Content Filtering Missing in Dashboard

    It seems you're using "Premium DNS" which does not come with content filtering.  You'll have to raise a support ticket to get it changed to "OpenDNS Home".  OpenDNS may have classified you as a business user.  OpenDNS Home (with content filtering) is free for home use only.

    When creating an account, there are two options to choose from depending on which page you access the sign up from - OpenDNS Home Basic and PremiumDNS for business. PremiumDNS does not include content filtering and is designed for business users. The solution if you have already signed up for an account is to submit a support request at https://support.opendns.com/ or support@opendns.com so a member of the customer support team can work with you on correcting your account type.
