What is isatap.home and *.doubleclick.net and why I can't block them?

On my dashboard, the two most visited sites on the list are: isatap.home and *.doubleclick.net. I tried to block them and received the message "Error blocking isatap.home. Domain seems to be invalid." I read something about *.doubleclick.net and it seems to be an advertising site of Google. Why can't i block them?

  isatap.home is an internal network name and refers to the Microsoft ISATAP adaptor for the IPv6 protocol.  You definitely cannot block this with OpenDNS.  OpenDNS can't resolve your internal network names anyway...

   *.doubleclick.net is a wildcard for doubleclick.net and all its subdomains.  You definitely can block this.  I have blocked it too.
