What should I do if I'm running OSX Mavericks ?

    It's always the same anyway: you enter the OpenDNS resolver addresses into the DNS server fields of your network settings.

    As @rotblitz mentioned, the procedure for configuring the DNS server on OS X is the same concept as the previous versions of OS X. Simply go to your System Preferences, click network, click advanced for the primary network device in the left column, then click on the DNS tab. Using the steps at https://store.opendns.com/setup/computer for OS X will help you configure this setting.
