    "Your DNS servers"

These are not my DNS servers, but OpenDNS'.

And yes, OpenDNS returns an IPv4 address for hostnames which do not have an A record or do not exist (NXDOMAIN) or are misconfigured regarding DNS (SERVFAIL) in order to redirect you to the Guide page.

You can switch off this redirection while switching off Typo Correction under Advanced Settings.  This will also switch of content filtering for free accounts.

You decide now if you want to be concerned.

Thanks for the explanation. It doesn't sound like anything too serious.
