We're seeing here that your username is the same as your display name here in this topic : youngfamily07.  Give this a try, and if you continue to experience difficulties, please let us know and we'll open a support ticket for you to get this matter resolved.

If you need to reset your password, please visit https://login.opendns.com and click on Forgot Password; additional steps will be sent to your email to complete the reset process.

Thanks Anthony. I tried youngfamily07 before and just tried it again after resetting my password, and NETGEAR genie will not accept it. I've tried both my display name and my email and nothing is working. Suggestions on what to do now?

Apologies, youngfamily07 is your display name not your username.  Your display name is used to mask your login credentials when posting in the forums or voting for domain tagging.  Your account does not currently have a username because only accounts the have a Netgear device associated with them will create a username.  Currently you only have a network added to your account and are using the normal OpenDNS service, you should be able to log in at dashboard.opendns.com with your email and OpenDNS password.

Your LPC device still needs to be registered, when you attempt to register it choose 'already have an OpenDNS account' and use your email address and OpenDNS password.  If you see any errors when attempting to register your router please report them to us.  You can either email support@opendns.com or click the support tab in your OpenDNS dashboard to submit a ticket.

Also, when you switch from normal OpenDNS Home to Netgear LPC, you have to delete your network at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ else you will be seeing unexpected and inconsistent results.  Your dashboard is only at https://netgear.opendns.com/ then.  OpenDNS Home and Netgear LPC are not compatible with each other and cannot be used at the same time.

Thank you for your help. After working through all your help and talking to NETGEAR, my complication is apparently a known bug and issue with our router, and they are working on solving the problem at a software level. Thanks for your help!
