"I have tried adding and deleting my network IP for my home account several times"

This was the most useless and time wasting task of your life!  :)
If you don't use OpenDNS, your dashboard is totally irrelevant and of no effect.

    "What am I missing??"

Your router could have more than 2 DNS server fields, so fill them all.  Additional resolver addresses are 208.67.222.220 and 208.67.220.222.

Your ISP could redirect your DNS queries to their own DNS service.  Check it with this diagnostic command:

       nslookup -type=txt which.opendns.com. 208.67.220.220

If this returns "I am not an OpenDNS resolver", then your ISP redirects your DNS queries. and they never reach OpenDNS.  There may be a solution to circumvent this restriction.
