    Where do you have the DNS servers set up correctly? What is this VPN you are using? What web page is saying what is not there?

    Generally speaking, when you connect to a VPN you use the IP information that the VPN server assigns you, including DNS information. This information is going to be different from whatever settings govern your connection to a local network.

    I have absolutely no idea what kind of device or operating system you are using, or even if that device is the one making the VPN connection, but it might be possible to configure that VPN connection to use OpenDNS for DNS.

    I'm sorry, I'm having a lot of difficulty following what you are saying, and I'm not sure I'm actually understanding what you were trying to say. Perhaps there is a language barrier at play.

    It sounds like something is misconfigured with your VPN connection, or perhaps with whatever VPN server or service you are using.

    What I can say however, is that whatever settings you have in your local area connection don't apply to your VPN traffic. If you want your VPN connection to use OpenDNS you will either need to change the settings for your VPN connection, or more likely, settings will need to be changed in the VPN service or server. I can't provide much guidance there because I don't know what your VPN service is, how it is configured, or even if this is the kind of thing that can be configured for individual VPN users.

    @dgrimm66
    Is https://hide.me/en/ the VPN service you're using?
    Also, post the complete plain text output of the following diagnostic command here:  ipconfig /all
