My device tells me that it is already registered with another user. I can't set up parental controls

  You open a support ticket with OpenDNS to get this adjusted as needed.  We other users cannot help here, of course.

  Or if your router has MAC cloning you can use your PCs MAC address. After 4 days of waiting for OPENDNS to clear it out I did that and it worked immediately.
