I looked, I saw no links with the words you said are there. It has nothing to do with using another browser or another computer, if it's not there, it's not something that I'd be able to see or read. It doesn't matter if I've logged into PayPal with this browser or computer in the past, it simply isn't there. Regardless, I am not going to click on buttons of the page of a website where I do not speak the language, especially a financial website.

As for your technical descriptions of what's going on, you simply don't understand the terminology and descriptions that have been offered to you, and instead describe them another try because that's the narrative you seem to prefer. I'm done with responding to that, you've been given to what to reach a Dutch version of PayPal, either whitelist the domain you are concerned about, or visit the link I provided. There is also a 3rd option, namely disabling phishing protection on your OpenDNS account. You could also just stop using OpenDNS entirely.

As for bullying, this has absolutely nothing to do with bullying. OpenDNS is not interfering with PayPal, they are in no way preventing PayPal from functioning. They are also not bullying them.

OpenDNS is doing what they have contracted with their customers to do (whether those customers are paying or not) namely to protect them against suspicious behavior on the internet. We don't have an "official" explanation of what that is, though it seems that it's a financial website asking for login credentials that use a domain different than the website itself. The security industry considers that to be a risky and suspicious behavior, and given the current situation in today's world, I agree that it is. Believe me, the people at PayPal are mature enough to take this issue up with OpenDNS if they feel the need to. However, considering I don't even see references to the words or domain you are referring to, I see no problem at all.

You've been given options and solutions to use a Danish version of PayPal, including whitelisting that domain if that's how you want to do things. There is no sense in whining about it any longer. You are not the white knight riding to anyone's rescue. You raised a concern/question, it was answered, and solutions were offered to you. Move on.

Meanwhile the problem got solved. paypal-opwaarderen.nl is no longer considered a phishing website by OpenDNS. I have removed it from my "never block" list and I have no problems accessing it.
