I couldn't add the domain you mentioned to my own blacklist, nor could I add the TLD vip. Both time I got a red message of domain invalid. As a quick test I tried tagging the domain as pornography but got the response that it's an invalid submission.

Since this is obviously a valid domain my suggestion is to open a support ticket so that it will get the fastest response.

This has been logged with OpenDNS, request #246244 after I made a similar post about xonline.vip.  Reg Ham replied to me, "I have escalated this to our Security Research team and will get back to you when I hear back from them or if we require any information from you".

A public solution would be very welcome.

Subsequent to my post above I had the following (less-than-helpful) reply from OpenDNS: "Unfortunately it appears that this particular issue will take a long time to correct and we have no ETA on when it will be completed. For this reason we will be marking this ticket as solved, however if you need any further assistance, please reply to this message to re-open this ticket and we'll be more than happy to help you."

This issue has been solved in the meantime.  One can add vip domains to the blacklist and whitelist.  And some vip domains are even categorized already.
