how can i block downloads from torrent site and IDM?
i own an internet cafe shop and some of my customers frequently download movies form torrent and idm. my other customers that plays online games get pissed off every time it lags due to torrent and idm downloads.

To use OpenDNS, you had to purchase Umbrella (because you're not a home user), and you would block the P2P/File Sharing category.
However, OpenDNS can block only domains, i.e. traffic where DNS is needed. It does not become aware of pure IP to IP (e.g. most P2P) traffic For this pupose is software available out there (which you cannot use if you are not the owner of the end devices), and also some routers may be able to block it while blocking ports or protocols or enabling QoS..
Regarding IDM, this is just a download accelerator and cannot be used to circumvent any restrictions. So no worries.
