You can't expect that links still work after more than half a year...

You may need to run the LPC Management Utility or Netgear Genie again.

I'm sorry rotblitz but I have read through this whole forum and your comments on every single thing I've looked at have been extremely rude and unhelpful.  "You can't expect links to work after more than half a year"?  I hope you don't actually work for OpenDNS because you are absolutely horrible at customer relations.  Very simply this is a SUPPORT page, where you should offer SUPPORT and not remove helpful links after only half a year.  If the issue remains relevant it should remain posted, its not like you discontinued the product it was effecting and even then someone may still own that product.

If someone needs to remove your utility and it is showing an error that it cannot find the router then you should ask questions in an attempt to ASSIST with fixing the issue.

No, I don't.  And I better refrain from helping you.  Sadly, I already replied to your other thread, but can't delete it.  So simply ignore it please.

    Hello,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties. Just a friendly note that the official application for configuring the Netgear Live Parental Controls (LPC) is the NETGEAR Genie from http://www.netgear.com/landing/genie. It's also a good idea to power cycle (or reboot) your router. Unplug it from the power for about 10 seconds, then plug it back in. After the device has rebooted, use the NETGEAR Genie to register your device.

Please let us know if you have any other questions, and we'll be more than happy to help you.

    Best regards
