Is there a way to get reports; ie unique domains, blocked ips etc while using the netgear option with opendns?
Just recently turned on the netgear opendns option... it appears to be working but I am not able to see any stats via opendns site... is this just not an option? I would like to randomly check to see if it is getting all sites or if some have squeaked through that need special blocking
Thanks

We do not recommend combining Home Basic and LPC together, this will cause a conflict how the content filters work. If a user needs stats, they will need to use the OpenDNS Dashboard, then deactivate the LPC and use one of the below instructions to configure their network:
- For Computer: https://store.opendns.com/setup/computer/
- For Router: https://store.opendns.com/setup/router/
Let us know if you have any questions.

No you aren't. No need to use the integrated LPC. Just use plain OpenDNS Home, and you have your stats back.

Very disappointed. I evaluated a plain OpenDNS account and the stats pages were great. The LPC integration looked good hence I purchased a Netgear router as that allowed me to set user bypass options as well as time based features but you can't view any reports/stats such as domains blocked. Seems like an obvious feature that parents would want.
What's the logic behind having stats in the vanilla OpenDNS serving and not the LPC version?
Is there a technical reason such as the data would have to be generated/stored on the Netgear device and the hardware is simply not designed for that?
Thanks
