    I add a website to the unblock list but it is still blocking from getting in.  Why is this?

    As you posted in this section and thread, do you use a Netgear router with Live Parental Controls enabled?  If not open another thread in the Community Help section.

    In case you do use a Netgear router with LPC, post a screen shot of the page where you have added a website.
