Set up time zone
When using the LPC Management Utility (or sliding over from the OpenDNS Dashboard), I have trouble getting it open.
The utility opens to a page asking to set the time zone. I fill in the blanks and click "Display Time Zone". The cursor changes to "processing mode" and I get stuck there. Nothing further happens.
Any suggestions?

Have you tried using another Browser ? If you are using IE 7 or greater then, turn on Compatibility View (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/why-do-some-webpages-look-incorrect-in-internet-explorer-9). If trying other browsers does not resolve your issue, then open a support ticket and we will set your time for you.
