Filtering domains by category

As you wrote in the "Netgear Live Parental Control" section, are you using a Netgear router with LPC enabled, or are you using the OpenDNS Home version with content filtering?  No matter, this feature is not supported yet.  LPC doesn't come with stats at all, and OpenDNS Home lists your domain stats with categories only for actually blocked domains.

However, you can check single domains to see how they are categorized: http://community.opendns.com/domaintagging/  ("Check a domain:")
    or by visiting http://domain.opendns.com/example.com

Thank you for very quick response!

New question; what is the difference between black listing and blocking?

In terms of OpenDNS, blacklisting means to add domains to your "always block" list.  Blocking means, a domain can be blocked from being visited, because you selected its category for blocking, or you added it to the "always block" list.

That's a different topic, so open a different thread.
