    Hi whpoon,

Your new filtering settings should only take around 3 min to take effect. Please open a support ticket at support.opendns.com so we can take a look.

I have similar situation, but with whole filtering level - I tried to set it on Low, but it blocked also Webmail, so I changed it to None. Then I left home for a week, but my family still cannot connect to webmail! What¨s wrong?

The wrong IP address registered with your network, so using someone else's settings?

If you want to verify that you are using the correct address that Open DNS is configured for then goto http://www.ipchicken.com/ and see if the IP Address on the screen matches the one you have set for open DNS

No need to visit a third party site.  All can be seen and fixed at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/

This thread is about YouTube, not about Gmail.  Why did you post here nevertheless?

Whatever, you most likely have Gmail blocked with your category blocking.  Uncheck the related categories.

"gmail is not block in DNS account. I already check."

    How did you check this?

Or add the Gmail domain names to your whitelist: http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/20483/

Still no success?  Then post the complete plain text output of the following commands here:

       nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.

       nslookup mail.google.com.

       nslookup accounts.google.com.
