Why does my bypass account not work?

I created a bypass account and downloaded the netgear genie program onto my computer. I logged into the bypass account in the netgear genie program but I'm still unable to access youtube.com. I have the filter level for parental controls set at high and the bypass account set at none.

  Visit also your dashboard at https://netgear.opendns.com/ to see if the settings there are as you expect them to be.

  I checked again and yes the dashboard shows my default level at high and the bypass account at none yet I cannot access you tube while I'm logged into the bypass account.

  Well, then your best bet is to open a support ticket.
