Why is Xfinity Voice2go blocked

I am trying to place calls over wifi with the Xfinity Voice2go app. I have restrictions for pornography, tasteless. When I disable parental controls, it connects. When enabled, it wont connect. Any help?

  You want to check your domain stats to see what domains are impacted and why.  Then you can whitelist them.
