How do I know if my netgear router is supported

You go to http://netgear.com/lpc#five where the supported models are listed under the FAQs tab.

If you are using a Mac, hit command + click on the link rotblitz provided. It didn't work for me when I just clicked on it but it opens in a new tab if you command + click. In addition to the link rotblitz provided, if you are planning to use the Netgear Genie to administer your parental controls, you can check this list for your router: http://www.netgear.com/landing/genie/routers.aspx.

But you do note that this thread is from nearly two years back, do you? So, any links or statements may be pretty outdated...
