blocking sites on iphones

we have it set up on 1 pc ,2 laptops, 2 netbooks, 1 xbox 360 , ipod , iphone 4s , iphone 5  all work except for iphones

we have genie set up on iphone and ipods  and the iphones and ipods have bypass accounts   yest still blocks sites  i can go to a naughty site on pc, laptops and ipod but not on iphone

  What is "it", and what exactly did you?

  "all work except for iphones"

  Because the iPhones are phones unlike the other devices, so they may connect via mobile phone network, not via your router...

  Also, generally, as you have mentioned several roaming devices: OpenDNS Home is for networks you own, not for your devices in other networks like hotspots or mobile phone connections.  There are Umbrella versions available for roaming devices.

  I'm sorry to hear you are having issues.  The Netgear Genie app is supported by Netgear so if you are having any issues with it Netgear support should be able to help you through it.
