How do I change the e-mail address associated with my account

    Oops, that's your flaw, not OpenDNS'.  This definitely won't work.  You have to register the account with another e-mail address where only authorized people have access to.

    If not, open a support ticket.

    Geez, the dashboard gives absolutely zero options to change anything other than the timezone.  Very annoying.  How and with whom do I "open a support ticket"?

    The Netgear account uses the same email address you have registered with OpenDNS so you can change it through your dashboard.  You can change the email address for your account at dashboard.opendns.com in the **My Account** tab under **Email Settings**.  Your OpenDNS account and Netgear account may have different passwords because you create 2 separate logins.  With OpenDNS you use your email to log in but with the Live Parental Controls you use a username that you created to log in.  If you are still having issues you can open a support ticket as rotblitz suggested.
