Last night I had setup an account on your Website just to make a time block from 12 am to 3 pm and another from 10 pm to 11;45 pm. Ok, once its setup here on this website. I get on the computer and connect all my devices on the router, and then open up Netgear Genie
(Netgear Genie Came in disc form with installation to router's manual and setup in which i found and setup an account with your services)
on computer, and had login to your Parental Control page on the same Application then turn on Parental Control ,and then the next day no one can access the WiFi or LAN Ethernet connection on my tablet or if I'm trying to use my PC.
And it is during the time when it not being block.
(All of my computers and Cell phone and Tablets are connected to the WiFi and LAN Ethernet connections of my Netgear Router)
And its really frustrating when I'm trying get the settings back on my router application to turn off parental control because all it keeps saying is no internet access to router.
But whats puzzling? It says it does have a good internet connection on the computer's own network setting and also on the internet status of the Netgear application (Netgear Genie) and also shows a good connection on routerlogin.net. But I cant get on websites or your domain on neither mobile devices or pc or tablets.
Just in case I went to unplug the Ethernet cable from the router and connected to the modem directly to my PC.
Guess what? It worked perfectly, now the trouble is how do i undo those settings? And just make my router work normal, like it just came out of the box. I also want to know. If its possible how can I do what I wanted to achieve with your services. By just making time block to my router . And actually block the internet access during those times I intended and not shutting down my internet completely.
