After resetting my router (for new password) my Parental Controls not working

I had to reset my router to get a new password.  Now my Live Parental controls are not working.  Need help to fix this.  I have a Netgear Dual Band Router WNDR3400

  You simply follow the initial instructions again, i.e. running the Management Utility.

  What does "not working" mean?  Can you post screen shots or document otherwise the evidence for not working?
