Netgear Genie says Parental Control Registered to anouther user

Getting the error that says: "This device appears to be registered with anouther Open DNS user"  Router is wndr3400.

I just bought this router as factory refurbished and would think all the default settings should be intact.  Instead I am getting an error when trying to access the parental controls.  I would like to either remove the OpenDNS on the device or somehow reset it so I can actaully configure it.  Never used OpenDNS before so dont know how to configure.

  with account and device ID details.
