How to delete an old router listed under device menu?

I have two routers listed under my parental controls device menu, and one of the routers I no longer use. I've been having problems with my parental controls, it sometimes switches back to the old router settings and I have to manually reset all my settings. I would like to know if there is a way to delete the old router from "device menu" if possible. Thanks for your help.
