Cant log in to parental controls.

Iv'e noticed many have had problems with parental controls. In my case I haven't got that far. I cant even log in to parental controls same problem with all my devices, my tower, my laptops and including my I-phones and my Android Tablet. And this is the main reason I require this software. I really need to restrict access to certain webpages. Unless some has a different suggestion on how to do it without this software. Any help will be much appretiated.

  You do not need to "log in to parental controls" on "all my devices, my tower, my laptops and including my I-phones and my Android Tablet".

  Did you run the Management Utility from http://netgear.com/lpc# ?  This is to initially set up your router and account.  You may also be able to use Netgear Genie (http://www.netgear.com/landing/genie/) for this.
