    It is apparently blocked by your settings, or you're using someone else's settings where Facebook is blocked.  If it is by your settings, then unblock it by unchecking the related category or by adding at least facebook.com to your "never block" list.

    If you still have problems, post the complete plain text output of the following commands here:

    nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.

    nslookup www.facebook.com.
