    Sorry to hear that you're having issues. Have you tried consulting your router manual for more information on changing its DNS settings?  Not all models allow you to configure 3rd party DNS settings but if your router has this ability your manual should detail it.

    If we do not currently have your router instructions at https://support.opendns.com/forums/21618374 or you are unable to change DNS settings in your router, then we suggest you configure your computer(s)/device(s) instead (see https://support.opendns.com/forums/21618384). You will get the same benefits, and if you have a small number of computers/devices on your network, it's relatively easy.
