block all web activity for a time block

I would like to know if there is a way that I can completely disable all internet access (turn off wifi) for a block of time (e.g. 10pm to 7am).

If your router supports such a feature, then yes, else no.

I also wanted something like this. You can set time frames for certain domains. What I did is to set a time frame and "customize" it. I chose custom settings and then checked off every category to block, so you are still connected to the internet but can do basically nothing.
