i can't open social network/ My filtering level parrental control is NOTHING. How i can off my parental control or delete account?

  As you are posting under "Netgear Live Parental Controls", do you use a Netgear router with Live Parental Controls enabled?

  If yes, your dashboard is at https://netgear.opendns.com/ - not at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ - delete the network there if there is one.

  If no, i.e. If you do not use a Netgear router with LPC enabled, then check that your correct IP address information is registered with your dashboard network:
  https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/

  In dashboard is at https://netgear.opendns.com/ - My filtering level is NOTHING, but i can't open web site. I can't off my parental control in Netgear router and i can't delete my account OpenDNS. What do i do?

  "I can't off my parental control in Netgear router"  -   Why not?  What prevents you from doing this?

  Something seems to be wrong with your account.  Staff must look into it, therefore open a support ticket.
