Why my Netgear Router is not let me enable the Parental Control

I already have signed in with netgear.opendns.com site and create an account for parental control. The Nergear Live Parental Control Management Utility shows that the control is live. However, the router still shows it is not enabled and when I try to check with welcome.opendns.com, it shows I'm not using the OpenDNS. This is very frustrating.

  Could it be that your ISP redirects your DNS lookups to their own DNS service?

  nslookup -type=txt which.opendns.com. 208.67.220.220

  If this returns "I am not an OpenDNS resolver", then your ISP redirects your DNS queries, and you can't use Netgear LPC.
