How to remove / unregister a device from my OpenDNS account?

    You open a support ticket to get it removed.

    I have similar case . I had tried to send support ticket, also, but this is always clean.

    What does "clean" mean?  See the "Submit a Request" tab at the top of the page?  Raise a support ticket there.  You should receive an automatic e-mail confirmation with the ticket number after minutes.  If not, check your spam folders.

    Because when I clicking about my ticker number. i see this:

    You do not have access to request #79748. It may have been solved or deleted.

    Therefore haven't been solved  ,  I think it have been removed

    You must be logged in with the same credentials as when you raised the ticket.  Only the author and OpenDNS staff have access, of course.
