I have my parental controls on to block porn, but my nephew is still able to access some sites and porn pictures! How can I stop this?

  You ensure that the computer he is using is really using OpenDNS.  Visit http://welcome.opendns.com/ on this device to verify.

  "some sites and porn pictures!"

  What domains are these hosted on, or what are their URLs?  OpenDNS as DNS service does not block "sites" and "pictures", but domains where stuff is hosted on.
