Another user with Open DNS is already paired with this device?How can I find out the password and username to this account?

Recently I have tried to register an account with Open DNS through my netgear genie app yet it keeps telling me that the device has already been registered with another account, though I do not remember setting up any account prior to this. So I am trying to find out what the username and password of this account.

  You'll have to open a support ticket ("Submit a Request" tab above) to get your device problem corrected.  OpenDNS staff will either delete it from the other account or will transfer it to your account.  Don't forget to provide the username / e-mail address and the device ID.
