    To add to rotblitz's answer.  This (currently) has to be done through the OpenDNS Dashboard and not the Netgear branded dashboard.  You can login to the normal OpenDNS Dashboard at http://dashboard.opendns.com.  From there, the link that rotblitz posted will work, or click "My Account" and them "Email Settings".  Please bear in mind that most of the settings in the OpenDNS Dashboard have no impact on the usage of our services when using a Netgear device.

    I changed my email address and it says 'pending'.  I've checked my email inbox and the spam folder but nothing from opendns.  It has been about 45 minutes.  Is this an indicator of a problem - Should I have received the email by now or should I just wait?

    Generally the email arrives within a couple of minutes, but it depends on a number of factors.  If you don't see it shortly, open a support ticket and my team can assist you.

    Been a few hours, I opened a ticket #115100.

    I tried changing email address a second time in case it was a blip, but still says pending, no email.

    I have had the same problem. My email address change has been 'pending' for weeks now. What is wrong with it? And why cant I change these settings in Netgear genie? Very frustrating.

    @grizzly1234 Go ahead and do what the other person who was having problems with changing his email address was told to do: file a support ticket.

    I was gonna ask how to change login address but maybe I shouldn't sounds like to much of a problem maybe I don't need to use this (DNS)AFTER ALL? ?? ??ANY IDEAS ANYONE? ???

    I have been waiting weeks on end, so this is what I tried it says pending right? well type in your new e-mail addy in where the old one is and scroll down to bottom and then hit save email settings then you will get a confirmation in your email.. gosh... sometimes you just gotta say damn!

    I have tried to change my primary email to 2 different emails and I get an email to do the change but it requires me to login using the old email and then doesn't verify the new email. It is like a black hole. I opened support ticket #877450 on Oct 10th but so far no reply. Do I just need to abandon this account and open a new one? Anyone have any ideas?
