Bypass accounts don't work!!!!!!!!!!!

I logged in to a bypass account with nothing blocked and I still can't download a simple pdf document. LPC and or Open DNS may work well, but this interdependence thing is all jacked up. Hopefully somebody has some answers. HELP!!!!! Also, I can download the pdf form my Macbook pro, but not from any other Windows computers in the house. UGH!!!!

  You may have problems with your configuration.  Post the complete plain text output of the following command here, from the computer where you have problems with the bypass account.

  nslookup -type=txt debug.opendns.com.
