LPC not working at all
I am using a Netgear 900 router which is set up for Live Parental Controls via the router system. No matter what setting I choose, high, medium, low or custom, nothing is being blocked at all. The Management Utility shows that LPC is enabled. I verified that the IP address in the Router matches what OpenDNS has listed on the Dashboard page and they do. I also verified that DNS settings in the router are set for the OpenDns servers and they are correct as well. I have also run flushdns multiple times with no change. I verified that IPV6 is disabled and that I was using IPV4.
Additionally I run a NetGear NightHawk router at my church across the street and are experiencing the same issue of no blocking (yes, I set it up as a separate account). Both are setup on TimeWarner (FYI)
This is the result of the nslookup...on the home computer...and the last entry matches my IP.

"I verified that the IP address in the Router matches what OpenDNS has listed on the Dashboard page and they do."
It seems you're using the wrong dashboard. OpenDNS Home and Netgear LPC are incompatible. You must not register your IP address with OpenDNS. Visit https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ to delete the network there. Your LPC dashbard is only at https://netgear.opendns.com/

Fact is that your IP address 75.181.32.66 is registered with OpenDNS network ID 19735025. If this is not your network, then another OpenDNS user has your (dynamic) IP address still registered from the time when it was assigned to him. You'll want to obtain another IP address then while rebooting your ISP facing device, or you open a support ticket to get your IP address unregistered.
