    You got the wrong section for your question.  This belongs to the https://support.opendns.com/forums/21313122-Netgear-Live-Parental-Controls section.

    "How do I reset my device ID that is associated with my account."

    As outlined in some threads there, you need to open a support ticket to get you sorted.

    "Your router's device ID belongs to another OpenDNS account. What would you like to do?"

    What options are being proposed there? Depending on this, you may be able to help yourself.
