    Head on over to support.opendns.com and open up a support ticket with your MAC address included in your request. After you've done so, post here to let us know so we can get it through right away.

    I've replied to your support request, and you should see the reply shortly. For the benefit of the community, I am providing instructions on how to find a MAC address for a NETGEAR router below:

    Instructions on how to find your MAC address are as follows. Login to your router at http://routerlogin.net/ and click on Router Status or Click on Network Map (if you are seeing the NETGEAR genie interface- http://routerlogin.net/adv_index.htm) then click on the router icon and send a screenshot of the information you see on that page, please include the browser's full screen with the url/address bar shown (instructions on taking a screenshot can be found at take-a-screenshot.org/).
