Will an public IP Change loose my Netgear R6100 Router Parrental settings?
My Internet provider gives me a dynamic IP address.. What will happen when this IP changes.. I do not want to have "Updater" software running on my devices, I just want filtering to be taken care of by the router, using OpenDNS.. So will the netgear Parental Controls "remember my router" and it's MAC address? or will my router automatically update my OpenDNS account when it's IP changes.
Really need to know fast!!! My Router is a Netgear R6100 WiFi Router

With Netgear LPC you don't need to worry about your IP address. LPC works with the device ID, not with the IP address.
Just in case, your LPC dashboard is only at https://netgear.opendns.com. If you have a network defined at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ then delete it!

Thank-you so much for answering that.. I couldn't find that answer/info anywhere online.
last question... (Same question, but for a different router)
I had bought 2 routers and haven't decided which one I'll keep.. The other one I bought was a Dlink N750.. Will the Dlink N750 Parental Controls "remember my router" and it's MAC address? or will my router automatically update my OpenDNS account when it's IP changes?

"Will the Dlink N750 Parental Controls..."
I don't know this router, but I am not aware that this has Live Parental Controls powered by OpenDNS implemented. So, if they have Parental Controls, then it could be their own, unrelated to OpenDNS.
"..."remember my router" and it's MAC address?"
MAC addresses are not part of the standard DNS protocol over the internet, so OpenDNS would not see a MAC address with DNS lookups, but the source IP address only.
"will my router automatically update my OpenDNS account when it's IP changes?"
If the built-in DDNS update client supports one of OpenDNS, DNS-O-Matic or "user defined", then yes, if you configure it to do so, else no.
Also, in this case your dashboard is only at https://dashboard.opendns.com/ - the normal OpenDNS Home dashboard.

Thanks.. the box of the N750 does have a picture of your OpenDNS logo.. and the menu screen has your info.. (example: see the DIR-657) parental controls built in at: http://support.dlink.com/Emulators/dir657/100/dns_setting.html if the N750 is the same as this one, then would it automatically update IP info.

"your OpenDNS logo ... your info"
LOL, certainly not. I'm a user like you.
The emulator page you linked to lets me assume that this is just a convenient method to configure the OpenDNS resolver addresses in a pre-defined way. It doesn't look like that it is the same as Netgear LPC. And it doesn't look like it has to do with IP address information updates.
"if the N750 is the same as this one, then would it automatically update IP info."
I do not see this option from http://support.dlink.com/Emulators/dir657/100/tools_ddns.html - it seems to support only Dyn's services. (The dlinkddns service is operated by Dyn too.) However, your N750 router may have additional options.
