Netgear device settings not working

If I go through the tool, I can login, sometimes, but it won't save my changes.  If I use the netgear.opendns.com website it won't log me in at all, and it won't give me any sort of error.  Any ideas?

  What version of the Netgear Genie are you using?  Do you have any firmware updates available?

  When you are unable to log in to the Genie Parental Controls what error do you get?

  Please also provide the make and model of your Netgear router.
