  Yes, either this, or you raise a ticket with OpenDNS to request a second network under your account.

  Are you referring to a dual-band WiFi NETGEAR device you're trying to register (in this case contact support@opendns.com and reply here saying you've done so) or referring to registering more than one IP address to your account?
