    Have you ever created an OpenDNS account? If so, have you clicked on the "I forgot my password" link that your screenshot shows?

    This wasn't my issue. I was only responding to an issue posted by another issue, and then responded to a comment by a different user. The original poster has a name of rcummings1 in the forum, but hasn't yet responded to his own thread.

    You should either close out this issue or try to contact the original poster.

    You cannot figure out your user name here in the community forum.  Same as the other OP above, three years ago, you need to raise a support ticket with OpenDNS.

    Also, didn't you see the message on the screenshot you posted?

    This device appears to be registered with another OpenDNS user. Please visit https://netgear.opendns.com/support/#faq15 and we'll get this sorted out as quickly as possible.

    Did you think this was just a joke?  What about following advices like this?  Bad idea, or bad eyes, or what?
