The biggest thing that jumps out at me is the message at the top of the first attachment that says a firmware upgrade is available. Try applying that first and see how things work?

You haven't said if you did this or not, but the login page has several things it says you should check: Namely that the device you are using to do the configured is not connected to the guest network of the router, and that IPv6 is not enabled on the router. Also, is the WAN part of the router also connected to the internet? Are you getting any other error or status messages?

This images are from the same desktop, and I'm connecting through LAN. As you can see in the 3rd image I'm connected to the internet, and I have tried to update my netgear genie and my router firmware version, and it says it is the latest. My biggest concern is that netgear genie might not be working properly for me.

I forgot to mention that it was working before, I have successfully configured it before and when I have disabled it, I cannot re-enable it. Truly a mystery...

If you are still getting messages on the router that a new firmware version is available and you think you've got the latest router version installed I tend to think that the problem lies with the router itself, no OpenDNS. Make sure to compare the firmware version listed on the router itself with the latest version that is available on the download website.

I also just noticed that the screenshot you showed of a failed login page is the login itself, not the parental controls tabs. If that's indeed where you are having a login problem then this definitely isn't an OpenDNS issue.

If this was working for you before I'd suggest setting the router back to factory settings, then reconfiguring it.

I do not see your JNR1010 in the list of Genie supported devices:
    http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/24686

You may need to use the older Management Utility instead.  Best is to refer to Netgear support.
