Delete Netgear router from Open DNS account

My Netgear router was stolen and I wanted to set up another Netgear router on my account, but interestingly there is no way for me to change or delete myself. Can someone delete the current router from my account please? I do not have any of its information since it was stolen (unless device ID in Web Address is the MAC 0000F7231E2F2922).

  You should open a support ticket so that you can work directly with someone from support.

  Opening a support ticket for the removal of a NETGEAR device from your account is the correct and necessary solution. In your case, the support ticket has just been answered and your device has been cleared from your account.
