i m using netgear jnr1010v2, i setup parental control for self restriction but i can acess blocked website from mobile
i setup everything works fine in pc youtube gets blocked , porn sites get blocked as suppose to be
but when i access through mobile (android) youtube gets blocked but i can still access 'porn sites'
- why porn sitesnot block only in mobile
- is it possible that router uses only one pc's ip adress to block from opendns and not other attach devices to network with different ip asdresses

Are you testing this with the exact same sites on your PC as on the mobile device? If not, you need to do so otherwise the comparison is invalid.
If your router is configured to hand hand out either OpenDNS addresses to devices via DHCP, or to hand out it's own address and is then pointed to OpenDNS then every device connected to the router and using DHCP from it will be using OpenDNS. If you aren't configuring things that way then the individual devices need to be configured to use OpenDNS.
Since I don't know how you are configuring things I can't provide any more specific information than that.
