By the way, I have not being used Netgear devices for a long time.

Neverthemore, for the last 2 years OpenDNS was Ok with my non-Netgear devices.

Now I've changed both the device (MAC) and the location (IP) - could it influence?

    Yours surely, Vladislav

The only devices that register with a MAC address are NETGEAR routers with NETGEAR Live Parental Controls (LPC). For other accounts, you'll need to update your IP address one time from http://dashboard.opendns.com/settings (only appears if your IP is different and dynamic IP updates is enabled from Advanced Settings) or with the OpenDNS Updater client from https://support.opendns.com/entries/23282614. Once your IP address matches the one at http://dashboard.opendns.com/settings, your settings will be active once again.
