Remove Netgear link in my Dashboard

    You cannot.  You must open a support ticket to get it done by OpenDNS staff.

    Yes, if you need the LPC device removed from your account please open a support ticket at support@opendns.com. However, it looks like one of my colleagues has already removed the device from your account.

    How long does it take to get the link removed from the OpenDNS dashboard? I submitted a request a few days ago and it's still showing up on mine.

    Did you receive an email acknowledging the support ticket you opened? If not open another ticket. If so, you need to wait for a response.

     

    Generally speaking, it takes up to 3 business days for OpenDNS to respond to new support tickets. If they need additional information they will respond to your via email. If they don't need the information they will delete the device and respond with an email indicating that the action has been taken and the ticket closed.
