    What model router do you have? Are you trying to use the genie software or the older management software?

    You cannot have a network at netgear.opendns.com, just settings.  Do not mix up this LPC dashboard with the normal OpenDNS dashboard at https://dashboard.opendns.com/settings/ where must be no network if you use LPC.  If there is one, delete it!

    What is the exact error message if you try?

    NetGear R6700. I'm using Netgear Genie. The exact message depends on where I try to login...OpenDNS returns, "Invalid login. Please check your username and/or password". I've checked both and even deleted the bypass account and recreated. Netgear Genie just clears and returns the login prompt. I can login to both places with my admin accounts and passwords.

    You cannot login with a bypass account at netgear.opendns.com.  The bypass account is only for login via Genie.

    Did you create the bypass account at netgear.opendns.com, and is it visible there as described on
    http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/25687/ from step 11 onwards?

    If yes, then this is not an OpenDNS problem, and you had to refer to Netgear support.  It's their router, not OpenDNS'.

    I never saw the page to login with a bypass account, so I re-installed NetGEar Genie, and it works. Thank you for your help.
